About Us

Paul A. Rouis, Jr.

Paul A. Rouis, Jr. founded our firm in 1972 helping individuals minimize their taxes, protect their wealth and grow their businesses. Nearly 40 years later, his values — drive, dedication, commitment to excellence, honesty and trust — still guide our small and growing firm.  Paul focuses on offering expert advice and counsel to individuals while Managing Partner and son, Jonathan guides corporate businesses across the Hudson Valley Region. Aided by their staff, they assist their customers through the constantly changing maze of finance and governmental tax regulations to help ease tax liability.  But it’s the personal attention and our commitment to get to know our customers and their life’s goals and dreams that keeps them coming back and helps us serve an ever-growing list of businesses and individuals.  Paul holds a BS in Accounting from Rider College. He is licensed to practice in New York State and is a member of New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and past President of New York State County of Administrators Association.
